Frames & Prompts for Portfolio Assessment

The following are questions or the start of prompts to get students to look at their work in a different manner.  These are reflective questions aimed at making students look at their own work and take ownership of the work as well as ownership of setting goals of what they need to learn to continue to grow in their learning.  The idea is for students to reflect on what they have done, and think about what they should do next.
